At Bags That Get It, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Place the unused bag in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective plastics are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
